A Message To My Guests

I’d first like to clarify something to the guests who visit my site (a guest is someone who does not have a DeviantArt gallery account). DeviantArt’s policy is to censor any mature art from guests. Of course, their censoring techniques pretty much involve a HUGE NEGATIVE BANNER in place of the art that states YOU CANNOT LOOK AT THIS ART BECAUSE IT’S INSINUATED THAT CAPPY DREW SOMETHING ADULT...LIKE SMUT. IN FACT, JUST ASSUME HE’S DRAWING SMUT!!

No, I don’t draw smut. In reality, any of my art pieces you wouldn’t see on, say, Nickelodeon I decide to put a (im)mature tag on. There’s nothing really offensive to my mature art, but we gotta follow DeviantArt’s protocol since they’re nice enough to host my art. I still hope you enjoy your stay, even if it isn’t the Director’s Cut of the gallery!

Although, it’s a little iffy. Sometimes when DeviantArt updates, they allow guests to view mature art by clicking a consent form, sometimes they don’t trust guests to make informed decisions. It all really depends on which schizophrenic version of the site you’re on. If you’re allowed to view my mature art, it’s okay, as my mature rating stems from language or the punch line to an insensitive joke.

Welcome one and all, the big and small, and those freakishly tall, to Cappy’s gallery!

Look, there’s a lot—and boy do I mean a lot—of galleries dedicated to girls in heavy makeup reciting angsty poetry about how “THE WORLD IS A BLACK FLOWER THAT NEVER BLOOMS!!!1!!”. You’ll be hard-pressed to find negativism here; I adore making jokes and having people say it brightened their day.

Also! I enjoy writing my thoughts down, and my art descriptions usually unravel into long-winded tirades ranging from soap to the pervy stuff written on bathroom wall stalls. The people whose brains don’t instinctively shut down actually say my rantings are pretty funny, and the responses I get out of other artists is nothing short of absolute anarchy. If you like jokes, joke art, joke writing, and jokes joking about jokes, it’s all managed to funnel into the incomprehensible gallery known as Mrcappy.
